Use the familiar Excel 2003 style in working with Excel 2007 and 2010 if you have Classic Menu for Excel 2007 or 2010 installed.
With Classic Menu for Excel 2007 or 2010 installed, you can click Menus tab to get back the classic style interface.
If you only need the Decrease Decimal button, just find out the button in the toolbars. The following picture shows its position.
