It is very easily to design themes in toolbar if you have Classic Menu
If you have Classic Menu for Office, you will discover the themes button on classic style toolbar. It is very convenient to customize your presentation themes.

Easily get Themes in PowerPoint 2007 and 2010 if you have Classic Menu
If you have installed Classic Menu for Office in your computer, you will go back into familiar interface of PowerPoint 2003, and seek for features and buttons efficiently in the new Ribbon.
Step 1: Click the Format drop down menu in main menus;
Step 2: Go to the Themes item;
Step 3: select a theme for your presentation, and edit the themes’ color, font, effects, and more.

Get Theme features in Ribbon if you do not have Classic Menu
In PowerPoint 2007 and 2010, Ribbon interface takes place of menus and toolbars. Features and buttons are mixed and grouped into different tabs. In PowerPoint 2007 and 2010, a Theme group is built and put in Design Tab. By this Theme group, you can design your presentation themes.
