Ribbon Interface of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365 are different from classic style interface of Outlook 2003. It may bring trouble for some people to search commands and icons in new ribbon before they are familiar with Office 2007/2010/2013. Now, with Classic Menu software, you can find back classic menus and toolbar of Outlook 2003.
How to Bring Back Classic Menus and Toolbars to Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 365?
If you are using Classic Menu for Office...
Start Microsoft Outlook 2007, click New button to bring up the message window.
In the message window, navigate to Menus tab, click Tools menu and then you can see the Address Book from the Tools drop-down menu.

If you are not using Classic Menu for Office...
In the message window, on Message tab, in Names group you can easily see the Address Book icon next to Check Names in the middle of the ribbon. Click Address Book to bring up the Select Names: Contact window, from which you can select the contacts you have imported or saved in Outlook 200.
